Peel, shred, blanch and set aside white radish

Dice the ingredients (sausage, shrimp, mushrooms), sauté in hot oil, and season with a little salt and pepper

Mix the fried ingredients, shredded radish, sticky rice flour and water well

Spread into a container and steam in a steamer for 40 minutes

Remove after 40 minutes to cool and cut into pieces
