▪ Detailed steps  

Add the pork knuckles to the cool water and bring to a boil over high heat

After the water boils, you can fish out the pork knuckles into the cool water

Add the fermented red beancurd to the warm water and crush them, then pour in the fermented red beancurd juice and mix well

Hot oil will dry chili, ginger, onion, small onion (knotted), garlic sautéed

Pour in pork knuckles, cooking wine, sauce and various spices (peppercorns, cinnamon, star anise, allspice)

Pour warm water over the ingredients, simmer for 1 hour, and serve
