▪ Detailed steps  

Peel and cut white radish and set aside

Add the brisket to the pot with cold water, blanch it and fish it out

Hot oil will be sliced ginger, garlic, oyster sauce sautéed, then pour into the blanched brisket stir-fried to taste

Put the stir-fried beef brisket into a casserole dish, pour in water, add various spices (star anise, cinnamon, dried chili, allspice), rock sugar, dark soy sauce, soy sauce, and bring to a boil over high heat
