▪ Detailed steps  

Cut the chicken claws off the nails and break them in half

Put the white onion, ginger and chicken claw into cold water

After cooking, fish out the chicken claws and put them in cool water

Chicken claws cooled in the process, lemon slices spare

After 5 minutes pour out the chicken claws and drain the water

Chicken claws on a plate, pour in minced garlic, small rice pepper, chopped green onion, passion fruit pulp

Then add lemon slices, a little vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar, stir well

Wrap with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator overnight
